This newly created role sits within a community and healthcare services organisation. The position requires a hands-on approach focused on delivery and operational support. It suits a Management Accountant looking to transition into business partnering, or an experienced Finance Business Partner who prefers operational execution over high-level advisory.

Your Impact

Reporting & Analysis: Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, KPIs, and trend insights for operational leadership.
n
Planning & Reforecasting: Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across assigned operational portfolios.
n
Financial Modelling & Insights: Build scenario models and cost-benefit analyses to support operational decision-making.
n
Business Cases: Prepare financial components for business cases, program expansions, and funding tenders.
n
Stakeholder Engagement:



Partner with operational leaders to explain financial performance and translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
n
Compliance: Ensure alignment with internal financial policies, funding agreements, and audit requirements.
n

About You
n
n
Experience: Background in management accounting, FP&A;, or financial performance management. Experience in government-funded environments is advantageous.
n
Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems and Excel. Practical skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n
Compliance: Ability to complete required probity checks and health requirements.
