at Wholesale Nursery n
We are a family owned wholesale nursery based in Geelong, specialising in the growing, selling and installation of mature trees.
n
Key responsibilities
n The role involves hands on sales and customer service, liaising with suppliers for stock ordering and booking jobs, and administrative duties. Training is provided on the job.
n
The position is part time, with up to ***** hours available weekly. Working days are flexible for the right candidate, though some weekend work may be required.
n
Business operational hours are: Weekdays 9.30 am – 4.00 pm and weekends *****am - 4.00pm.
n
Essential attributes
n To be successful you will have:

High level customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving queries.
n
Adept with following processes and responsibilities.
n




Confident computer ability at intermediate standards, (basic knowledge of accounting program Xero is a bonus).
n
Positive work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team.
n
Favourable attributes
n Plant knowledge or a willingness to learn.
n
A solution-based attitude, with experience working in a small business.
n
A basic understanding of social media and marketing.
n
Effective communicator across a varied group of individuals.
n
The ability to take initiative, prioritise work based on urgency, with an attention to detail.
