West Moreton Health is hiring to lead the Eat Walk Engage implementation on selected wards for geriatric inpatients. The role focuses on preventing delirium and embedding evidence-based practices through expert clinical delivery, project coordination, and stakeholder liaison.
The position is permanent part time (32 hours per fortnight) with hourly rates NG6 to HP4 bands, reflecting experience and site needs within Queensland Health.
