Delivery Coordinator
to manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process. This role ensures all vehicles are prepared, documented, registered, and delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with sales, finance, registration, and PDI teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer delivery experience.
About the Role n
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Delivery Coordinator
to manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process. This role ensures all vehicles are prepared, documented, registered, and delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with sales, finance, registration, and PDI teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities Vehicle Delivery Coordination n
n
Coordinate the full vehicle delivery process from order confirmation to final handover
n
Schedule delivery appointments and ensure vehicles are ready on time
n
Track vehicle status, including stock availability, PDI progress, and registration completion
n
Documentation & Compliance n
n
Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and accurate, including contracts, invoices, and registration paperwork
n
Verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
n
Customer Experience n
n
Act as a key contact for customers throughout the delivery process
n
Provide clear communication on delivery timelines,



requirements, and next steps
n
Ensure a professional and smooth handover experience
n
Internal Coordination n
n
Work closely with
Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and PDI teams
to ensure delivery readiness
n
Coordinate vehicle preparation, accessories installation, and final quality checks
n
Escalate any delays or issues that may impact delivery timelines
n
Reporting & Process Management n
n
Maintain accurate records in CRM / DMS systems
n
Track delivery schedules and provide updates to internal stakeholders
n
Support continuous improvement of delivery processes
n
What We're Looking For Required n
n
Previous experience in
administration, coordination, or customer service roles
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
High attention to detail, particularly with documentation
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace
n
Highly Regarded n
n
Experience in
automotive dealerships or vehicle delivery
n
