Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Pay:
From $75,000 per year (inclusive of superannuation), with higher remuneration available for candidates with relevant experience

Contract:
Permanent Full-Time

Please note that flexibility is required, as working hours may occasionally need to be adjusted to support school operational requirements.

nAbout The Role n
n
Lead and support a team of cleaners, coordinate daily operations, and help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
n
n
Working closely with your team and school stakeholders, you will drive service quality and foster a positive team culture.
n
nKey Responsibilities n
n

n
Lead, coach and support cleaning team members
n
n
Coordinate daily cleaning activities and allocate resources effectively
n
n
Ensure services are delivered to contractual and quality standards
n
n
Monitor safety, compliance and performance requirements
n
n
Build positive relationships with school staff and stakeholders
n
n
Assist with Facilities Management activities as required
n
n




Create a supportive and accountable team environment
n

Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement
n

Previous leadership or supervisory experience
n

A flexible and adaptable approach to changing operational requirements
n
n
A commitment to maintaining high standards within a school environment

n
Previous experience working within a Department of Education environment is highly regarded but not essential.

nMandatory Requirements n

To be considered for this role, you must hold:

A current Blue Card
n
n
A National Police Clearance issued within the last three months
