Adore Beauty's Chermside store is looking for passionate Christmas Casual Beauty Advisors to join the team on a three-month seasonal contract.

As we head into our busiest and most exciting time of year, we're looking for customer-focused team members who are passionate about beauty, love connecting with people, and are excited to bring the Adore Beauty experience to life throughout the Christmas period.

We're looking for Christmas Casual team members who can support our Chermside store throughout the busy festive period, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love delivering personalised service and memorable customer experiences.
n
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
n
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
n
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised and inviting
n
Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches and industry trends
n
Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets
n
Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks
n




Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events
n
Build strong customer relationships and bring positive energy to every interaction
n
Support the wider store team throughout busy peak trade
n
What We're Looking For
n
At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)
n
Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist will be highly regarded
n
A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends
n
A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience
n
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
n
Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
n
Strong multitasking and time management skills
n
A confident, positive and solution-focused approach
n
Flexibility and availability throughout the Christmas and peak trading period
n
