Job Description
Lantrak is seeking a proactive recruiter to lead internal talent acquisition across multiple units and states. You'll own end-to-end recruitment, from briefing with hiring managers to presenting offers, while building robust talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.

You'll actively source candidates, headhunt passive talent, and run targeted campaigns across construction, infrastructure and transport sectors. Robust stakeholder relationships are essential.
