MonJay Mezza is an Australian food manufacturer and distributor specialising in dips, spreads, cheeses and other Mediterranean food products.

We supply our products to retail businesses and other food businesses across Australia and are continuing to grow our customer base.
n
We are currently looking to appoint
Two Sales Representatives
to join our growing team.
About the Role n
This is a
field-based B2B sales role
focused on generating new business and growing sales for MonJay Mezza.
n
You will be responsible for identifying potential retail customers, visiting businesses, introducing our product range, developing relationships with business owners and buyers, and converting new opportunities into customers.
n
This role will suit someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and actively looking for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Identify and develop new retail business opportunities.
n
Prospect for potential customers and generate recent sales leads.
n
Visit retail businesses and introduce the MonJay Mezza product range.
n
Build strong relationships with business owners, buyers and purchasing decision-makers.
n
Present and promote our range of dips, cheeses, spreads and other food products.
n
Identify opportunities to have MonJay Mezza products stocked by new customers.
n
Follow up leads, enquiries and prospective customers.
n
Generate new customer accounts and sales.
n
Maintain and develop relationships with existing retail customers.
n
Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
n
Work towards agreed sales and business development targets.
n
Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities and follow-up.
n
Work closely with the internal team to support customer onboarding,



orders and ongoing service.
n
Represent MonJay Mezza professionally when visiting customers and prospective customers.
n
About You n

A strong communicator with good verbal and written English skills.
n
Motivated by generating new business and achieving sales results.

Able to build genuine and professional customer relationships.
n
Organised and capable of managing their own schedule and follow-ups.

Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
n
Comfortable working in a field-based role and travelling to customer locations.
n
Committed to providing a high level of customer service.
n
Able to represent the MonJay Mezza brand professionally.
Experience n
Previous sales, business development or customer-facing experience is
preferred but not essential
.
n
We are also open to candidates who have strong communication and customer relationship skills and are looking to develop their career in sales.
Requirements n
n
Valid Australian driver's licence and a clear driving record.
n
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
n
Professional presentation and manner.
n
Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
n
Ability to work independently and manage daily activities effectively.
n
What We Offer n

$70,000 base salary + superannuation
n
Commission opportunity

Company vehicle, ipad and phone
n
Monday to Friday,
8:30am – 4:30pm
n
Four weeks' annual leave per year in accordance with the National Employment Standards.
