Be a product owner with clear product vision, target segment, enabling technology to forester user experience and/or improve cost to maximize value of product offer. As product owner, be a champion of voice of customer to prioritize a product and service enhancement.
n
Develop and modify the policies, procedures and related documents for non-credit product and other value added services to be effectively and align company's direction.
n
Be the leader of taskforce team in a development and improvement of new and existing non-credit product and other value added services, including product policy and procedure modification, etc
n
On going support to relevant stakeholder for any current/modified product to ensure high standard of policy and procedure compliance and in efficiency;
n
Develop Test Case, and UAT of new and modify product/service
n
Regularly follow-up and review the non-credit products offered by key competitors within AMK's target market
n
Working with Research Team to perform market research regularly to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving digital space.
n
Working with other relevant department to ensure product designs are well-suited with IT capabilities, risk protocols and obey to regulatory requirement.
n
Responsible to work with IT on all to get all products and service under R&D; department both new and ongoing enhancement.
n
Other tasks assign by head /deputy head of product development department or line manager.

Qualification And Experiences n
n
Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, etc.;
n
At least two years experience with products and services development;
n
High capability to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per a number of different projects will be implemented at the same time;
n
Experience on core banking systems;
n
Be mature to work in collaboration with branch manager, department manager and other people at senior level both within AMK and within external.
n
