Job Description
The Salvation Army in Wollongong, NSW is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading our team and delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers and volunteers.

This permanent, full time role encompasses assisting with sales targets, stock flow, pricing and merchandising, providing training and direction to staff and volunteers, and stepping in during the Store Manager's absence, all while promoting safety and community connections.
