We're offering aunique and deeply rewarding opportunityfor a passionate Therapist to join ourMultisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN)program in Dubbo, NSW (Wiradjuri Country). This is a fixed term opportunity through until September ****.

This isn't your typical therapy role — it's an intensive, home-based family preservation program designed to support vulnerable families and keep children aged0–17safely at home.

What We're Looking For
n
We're searching for someone who brings bothclinical expertiseandhuman connectionto the table. The ideal candidate will have:
n
ABachelor's or Master's degreein Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline(we're open to discussion if you bring equivalent experience and passion)
n
Strong experience in risk assessment, with a clear understanding of how to manage safety for clients, colleagues, and yourself
n
The ability tocommunicate and engage effectivelywith individuals and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
n
Confidence usingclinical software systemsand the ability to maintaindetailed, accurate case records
n




Aflexible approach to working hours, including participation in a rotatingafter-hours and weekend on‐call roster, to meet the needs of families and the MST‐CAN model
n
Acurrent Australian Driver Licenceand the ability to travel for work purposes (car allowance options available)
n
