Love Tilly Group is a collection of Sydney venues built around good food, great wine, generous hospitality and a healthy obsession with doing things properly. Now we need someone to make sure those rooms are full.

We're looking for aGroup Sales & Events Manager to take ownership of group bookings, events, corporate relationships and the many opportunities that sit between a great enquiry and a very full restaurant. This is not a "send some emails and update a spreadsheet" kind of sales role. We want someone who can pick up the phone, build a relationship, sell an experience, close a booking and then work with the venue team to make sure the guest has an absolute belter of a time.

You can talk to a corporate events manager at 10am, a bride-to-be at 11am, a venue manager at midday and a group of 30 hungry guests at 7pm.
The Hospitality: n
Events aren't just transactions.
n
A 20-person birthday, a corporate dinner, a wine event or a venue takeover should still feel like Love Tilly hospitality.
n
You'll work closely with our Restaurant Managers, Venue Managers and Marketing team to make sure the promise made during the sales process actually happens on the floor.
n




You'll be the bridge between the client and the venue, making sure nobody gets a "Sorry, I thought someone else was doing that."
The Nitty Gritty: n
n
Own the group events calendar across Love Tilly Group.
n
Manage and grow the group booking pipeline from enquiry to event.
n
Develop event packages and offerings across our venues.
n
Build corporate partnerships and brand collaborations.
n
Generate recent business and actively pursue leads.
n
Manage large bookings and high-value guest relationships.
n
Work with Marketing on lead generation and events.
n
Own guest profiling, CRM and SevenRooms best practice.
n
Manage event budgets, contracts and commercial arrangements.
n
Analyse booking performance, guest behaviour and market opportunities.
n
Work with venue teams to deliver events without the wheels falling off.
n
Report on sales, events, guest feedback and commercial opportunities.
n
Help make sure our venues are operating at capacity
n

You Are Perfect If: n

You genuinely love hospitality.

You are commercially hungry without being a shark.

You're exceptionally organised and love a good pipeline.

You can build relationships quickly and maintain them properly.
n
You know how to turn an enquiry into a booking.
n
You're comfortable with CRM, booking systems and data.
n
You can manage ten things at once and still remember the eleventh.
n
You're confident working across multiple venues and teams.
n
You understand that the best sales strategy is giving people a bloody good experience.
