We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
Developer/Consultant
to design, build, and optimisescalable eCommerce solutions for our clients/business. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‐on SFCC expertise, with a growing interest or experience in Agentic Commerce (AI‐driven, autonomous shopping experiences and agent‐based commerce workflows), and exposure to Adobe
Commerce/Experience
Cloud or Sitecore platforms.

This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, offering the prospect to work on high‐impact digital commerce transformation projects across diverse industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n
n
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end eCommerce solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / Demandware), including SFRA and/or SiteGenesis architectures.
n
Integrate SFCC with third‐party systems (OMS, ERP, PIM,Payment Gateways, CDP) via SCAPI/OCAPI and REST/SOAP APIs.
n
Contribute to the design and implementation of Agentic Commerce capabilities - AI agents, conversational commerce, autonomousshopping assistants, and integration with LLM-driven commerce experiences.
n
Support solutioning and delivery of composable
commercearchitectures,
leveraging Adobe
Commerce/Experience




Manager or Sitecorewhere relevant.
n
Collaborate with UX, QA, Business Analysts, and Productteams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
n
Optimise site performance, scalability, and SEO acrosscommerce platforms.
n
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline management, and adherence to best practices/coding standards.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuringplatform stability and uptime.
n
Stay current with emerging commerce technologies, particularly AI/agentic commerce trends, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
n
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE n
n
3+ years of hands‐on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC/Demandware).
n
Experience with OCAPI/SCAPI, REST/SOAP web services, and third‐party system integrations.
n
Solid understanding of eCommerce business processes:catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, and order management.
n
Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work both independently and within cross‐functional teams.
n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
n
PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS n
n
Exposure to Agentic Commerce concepts - AI shoppingagents, autonomous checkout flows, conversational commerce, or integration with LLM/AI‐driven commerce tools.
n
Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore (OrderCloud/XM Cloud) platforms.
n
Familiarity with
headless/composable
commercearchitecture
(MACH principles).
n
Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (e.g., B2CCommerce Developer, Architect).
n
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
n
Knowledge of PWA Kit / React‐based storefronts.
