The Opportunity
n
nSupport a NSW government organisation by providing high-quality administrative and executive support across a dynamic business environment. This role works closely with executives and stakeholders to help deliver effective day-to-day operations.n
What You'll Do
n
n• Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars and event logistics.n
n• Manage procurement activities including purchase orders and invoice processing.n
n• Maintain accurate data across systems and databases.n
n• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and business documentation.n
n• Create and maintain records in line with records management procedures.n
n• Respond to enquiries and support daily office administration activities.n
What We're Looking For

n• Experience in an administrative or support role.n
n• Robust organisational and time management skills.n
n• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.n
n• High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.n




n• Effective written and verbal communication skills.n
n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.n

Role Details

n• Location: Narrabri, NSW.n
n• Working arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week.n
n• Contract duration: Until 22/01/2027.n
n• Extension: Possibility of extension.n
n• Hours: Maximum 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.n
n• Rate: $45-$50 per hour plus super.n
