nWhat will you be doing? n
You'll manage the complete travel journey for your clients - from the initial enquiry through to the booking and beyond.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
n
Designing personalised travel itineraries based on your clients' interests, needs and budgets
n
n
Managing all aspects of the booking process from start to finish
n
n
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalised service and expert advice
n
n
n
n




Work with leading travel suppliers and make use of strong preferred suppliers, Virtuoso and Luxury Travel Collection relationships to deliver added value for clients
n
n
Developing repeat and referral business through outstanding service
n
n
Keep your destination, product and industry knowledge current so you can provide confident, informed advice
n
n
Working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative boutique team
n
n
nAbout you n
We're looking for someone who already understands the travel industry and knows how to sell through consultation, relationship building and great service.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
n
2–3+ years' experience as a Travel
Consultant/Designer,
preferably within leisure or luxury travel
n
n
A demonstratable history of successful travel sales and enquiry conversion
n
n
n
Experience using a GDS (Sabre & Tramada preferred)
n
Excellent communication, listening and organisational skills
n
A high level of attention to detail
n
The ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities
n
A genuine passion for creating memorable travel experiences
n
You'll be well travelled with strong destination and product knowledge
n
n
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys getting to know your clients and takes pride in going the extra mile.
