At our Brookvalestore, you'll help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you will:

Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership

Drive commercial success by growing sales across retail, trade and design

Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer
n
Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program
n
Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions
n
Create a store that shines, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive setting for customers and team members

Partner with the
Store Manager
to achieve operational excellence and store goals

You have experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused workplace
