The High Street Armadale Business Association (HSABA) is seeking an energetic, highly organised and relationship focussed Precinct Coordinator to champion High Street Armadale – one of Australia's premier shopping and dining destinations. This is a contract position for a professional who can bring together business engagement, marketing, events, membership development and stakeholder management to increase the profile, activity, and visitation to the precinct.
Key responsibilities
Increase the brand, profile, appeal and visibility of High Street Armadale
Build robust and productive relationships with High Street businesses and owners
Grow and support the membership base of the Association
Develop an Activity Plan to encourage visitation and increase foot traffic
Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns,



events and precinct activations
Grow the precinct's social media and digital presence
Represent HSABA professionally when engaging with stakeholders
Develop and maintain close, constructive working relationships with the City of Stonnington officers and teams
Prepare regular reports for the Committee and Council covering activity, engagement, outcomes and emerging opportunities
Attend scheduled Committee meetings and other meetings as required
About you
Experience working with a Business Association, local government, retail precinct, community organisation or similar stakeholder environments will be highly regarded
