Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to patients requiring haemodialysis treatment in a regional healthcare setting
n
Independently manage and monitor dialysis treatments using Fresenius ***********S machines
n
Assess, monitor and respond to patient conditions before, during and after dialysis sessions
n
Work collaboratively with nephrologists, nursing colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
n
Provide education and support to patients and families regarding renal disease management and dialysis care
n
Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and best-practice dialysis services
n

Skills and Experience
n
Essential
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 3-5 years post-graduate nursing experience
n
Demonstrated competency operating Fresenius ***********S dialysis machines
n
Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
n
Excellent communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
n




Ability to work autonomously and confidently within a regional healthcare environment
