We are seeking an experienced
Internal Sales & Estimator
to join our Residential Sales Team, specialising in bushfire protection products.
n
The role will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and pricing submissions, managing client enquiries, following up tenders and supporting the Sales Team with business development opportunities.
n
You will work closely with Estimators, Sales and internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role n

The role will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and pricing submissions, managing client enquiries, following up tenders and supporting the Sales Team with business development opportunities.

You will work closely with Estimators, Sales and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage internal sales enquiries.
n
Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements and timeframes.
n
Prepare accurate quotations and pricing submissions.
n
Follow up quotations and tenders.
n
Maintain quote and tender databases.
n
Respond to client enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
n
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
n
Support sales and business development opportunities.
n
About You n
n
Minimum
3 years' experience
in sales, estimating or tendering.
n
Construction industry experience.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Strong organisational and time management skills.
n




High attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Solid technical aptitude and ability to understand project requirements.
n
High computer literacy, including
Microsoft Office and Excel
.
n
Proactive, confident and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
Highly Regarded n
Experience with
BCI, EstimateOne, Bid Contender, Aconex, Cordell, Zoho, CRM or NetSuite
will be highly regarded.
n
Product-specific training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Must Haves n
n
Cert IV in Building & Construction (Estimating), Diploma of Building & Construction, or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
n
Minimum
3 years' relevant experience

Strong computer skills.
n
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
