Telemarketer — Property Investment | Base + Uncapped Commission n
You will be the first voice our clients hear. Your job is to connect, qualify and book — turning warm leads and outbound calls into strategy sessions with our advisory team. This role is five days a week, Monday to Friday, based in our St Kilda Road office.
Key responsibilities n

Following up warm inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns
n
Outbound calling to warm databases and existing clients
n
Qualifying prospects and booking appointments
n
Managing your pipeline through Salesforce CRM
n
Being part of a high energy, close-knit team that celebrates every win together
n
About you n
n
At least 12 months experience in telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting
n
You know how to build rapport quickly and keep a conversation moving
n
You handle objections with confidence and composure
n
You are resilient,



motivated and genuinely competitive
n
Experience in property, financial services or insurance is a real advantage
n
Salesforce experience is a bonus
