This permanent, full-time position is crucial for overseeing financial operations within our science and research sector. The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, providing strategic insights, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.

Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes.

Payroll Processing

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
n
Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is preferred.
n
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the science or research industry.
n
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
