1st-year Parks and Gardens Apprenticeship
. Our employer partner delivers high-quality projects across the CBD, North Shore and western Sydney and offers on-going career opportunities for committed apprentices after qualifying.

Some of what you'll learn:

How
to effectively implement plant nutrition programs
n
n
Control
plant pests, diseases and disorders
n
n
Plant
and soil improvements for garden and turf areas
n
n
Plant
and soil practices, including implementing plant establishment programs
n
n
n
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
n
n
Has a genuine interest in building a career in Horticulture
n
n
Committed to completing a 4 year apprenticeship.
n
n
Is
physically fit
and ready to work hard outdoors
n
n
Has a driver's licence and own transport (not essential)
n
n
Has a
White Card




(or willing to obtain one)
n
n
Is
well presented
with a strong work ethic
n
n
Takes pride
in their work and is eager to learn
n
n
Follows
directions and works well in a team
n
n
