Job Description

Safely operate MC Road Trains within mine site and haul road environments
n
Transport materials efficiently and on schedule
n
Conduct thorough pre-start, post-start and shutdown vehicle inspections
n
Work closely with clients and represent LMP professionally
n
Monitor road conditions, hazards and equipment performance, reporting any issues promptly
n
Adhere to fatigue management, site procedures and all relevant safety regulations
n
Work collaboratively with the mining team to support production outcomes
n
What we're looking for n
n
Current MC licence - with a clean driving record (Mandatory)
n
Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (Mandatory)
n
Drive In, Drive Out Only
n
Proven experience in transport, logistics or heavy vehicle operations (Mandatory)
n
Someone reliable, safety-focused and willing to jump in where needed
n




Strong work ethic — not afraid to get your hands dirty
n
Positive attention to detail and ability to follow processes
n
Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
n
