Lead, coach, and support a dedicated team of tradespeople, apprentices, and production staff in a safe, collaborative environment.

Organise Daily Production:
Plan daily and weekly schedules, matching work priorities to your team's strengths to keep production smooth and predictable.

Champion Practical Tech:
Guide the workshop floor through modern production systems, digital job tracking, and process improvements at a manageable, practical pace.

Maintain High Standards:
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and workshop organisation so the team takes pride in every product leaving the floor.

Practical Leadership Experience:
Proven experience guiding teams in manufacturing, workshop, trade, maintenance, or industrial settings.

Tech-Willingness:
Comfort using or learning basic digital workshop tools (like digital job tracking or production spreadsheets) to keep work organised.

Note: Formal trade qualifications or a forklift licence are advantageous, but strong people skills and practical problem-solving are what matter most.
