We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in fabricating, assembling and finishing quality products for our customers.
About the Role n
Reporting to the Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for welding, fabrication, assembly and repair activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
n
This is a hands-on workshop-based role where you'll work closely with production and engineering teams to deliver products on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Perform MIG and TIG welding to engineering specifications
n
Fabricate, polish, assemble and repair metal components and structures
n
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans
n
Complete grinding, polishing and finishing work to a high standard
n
Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process
n
Maintain production and quality documentation
n
Work safely and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop
n
Maintain tools,



equipment and work areas in a safe and organised condition
n
About You n
You are a trade-qualified welder or fabricator who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Trade qualification in Welding, Engineering Fabrication or related discipline
n
Demonstrated experience in a welding, fabrication or manufacturing environment
n
Strong MIG welding and metal fabrication skills
n
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
n
Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
n
Experience working with stainless steel or aluminium
n
Welding Certificate 7
n
