We're seeking an experienced and organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established organisation for an initial four-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.
n
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll support the Industrial Division with a broad range of marketing activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable marketing all-rounder who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, working with internal stakeholders and keeping projects moving.
Key responsibilities n
n
Supporting the coordination and delivery of events for the Industrial Division
n
Managing marketing requests from internal stakeholders
n
Coordinating marketing collateral and promotional materials
n
Preparing clear and detailed briefs for the graphic designer
n
Completing website updates or coordinating changes with the relevant team
n
Tracking deadlines, approvals and outstanding requests
n
Providing general marketing and administrative support to the division
n




Assisting the Marketing Manager with additional projects as required
n
About you n
n
Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar broad marketing role
n
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
n
Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
n
Experience preparing creative or graphic design briefs
n
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision
n
Experience coordinating events, collateral or website content
n
n
This temporary role is based in Moorabbin, with hybrid working available. You'll be joining a supportive team and contributing to a busy division with a diverse pipeline of marketing activity.
