You'll coordinate appointments, support teams across Australia and speak directly with customers to ensure every sale progresses smoothly - from the initial booking through to installation.

About the Role n
As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you'll be the essential link between our Sales teams, customers and Installation teams.
n
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role combining customer service, administration, scheduling and quality control. Your work will help ensure appointments are coordinated efficiently, sales are accurately verified and customers are prepared for a smooth installation.
What You'll Do n
n

Manage appointment cancellations, reschedules and enquiries from Sales Managers, Solar Specialists and Lead Generators
n
n
Speak directly with customers to resolve concerns, minimise cancellations and reschedule appointments
n
n




Coordinate and oversee sales campaigns across more than 15 offices nationwide
n
n
Allocate and dispatch appointments fairly and efficiently to Solar Specialists and Business Development Managers
n
n
Complete live sale verification and quality-control checks
n
n
Book installations and collect the required customer and site information
n
n
Maintain daily communication with sales teams across Australia to manage schedules and leads
n
n
Support the onboarding of new Solar Specialists alongside Sales Managers and Operations
n
n
Liaise with our Salesforce team to troubleshoot system issues
n
n
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different teams and locations
n
About You n
You don't need experience in renewable energy - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation and communication skills.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
n
Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality or a coordination role
n
n
Strong organisation, multitasking and time-management skills
n
n
Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
n
n
The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a busy workplace
n
n
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
n
n




Confidence using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
n
n
The ability to adapt quickly when priorities change
n
n
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system - highly regarded, but not essential
n

Working Hours and Location n
n
n
Please note: This is a fully onsite role based in our vibrant Waterloo office, working Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, with a later 12:00pm–8:00pm shift every Wednesday
