Youth Off The Streets is seeking a Team Leader - Engagement and Support to guide a team of Senior Youth Workers, Youth Workers and Case Workers in delivering strengths-based, trauma-informed support for young people across Bankstown. You will drive best-practice case work, staff development, and high-quality service delivery with robust partner relationships.
