As a Support Worker, You'll Be Providing Meaningful, In-home Support That Helps Clients Maintain Independence And Quality Of Life. Every Day Is Different, And Your Work Will Include Things Like

Personal care
n
Domestic assistance
n
Transport to appointments or activities
n




Social and community support
n
n
You might also support clients with
complex needs
– but don't worry,
we'll give you all the training you need
to feel confident and capable.
What You'll Need n
n
A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
n
A personal smartphone (for shift-related tasks)
n
A safe, reliable vehicle
n
We're Looking for Support Workers Who: n
n
Hold min Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
n
Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability
n
Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
n
Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
n
Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)
n
Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
n
Hold a current First Aid Certificate
n
Have a valid driver's licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
n
