READY SET DANCE is a fast‐growing global preschool dance brand supporting hundreds of studios across Australia, NZ, North America and beyond. We're looking for an organised, reliable and hands‐on Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator to run our day‐to‐day warehouse operations and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

This role is more than picking and packing — we want someone who takes pride in a well‐run warehouse, spots issues early and takes ownership of getting things sorted.
The Role n
Part‐time, 25 hours across Monday to Friday, with extra hours available during launches, events and busy periods.
What You'll Do Stock & Warehouse n
Receive, check and store incoming stock.
n
Maintain organised, accurate stock locations.
n
Keep the warehouse clean, safe and effective.
n
Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
n
Safely move cartons/pallets and operate equipment (forklift where required).
n
Pick and pack wholesale and ecommerce orders accurately.
n
Process orders and shipping labels through inventory/shipping systems.
n
Coordinate courier collections and resolve dispatch issues.
n
Maintain fast turnaround times and high presentation standards.
Returns & Faults n
Process returns and faulty stock.
n
Maintain clear records and quarantine damaged items.
n
Work with Customer Service, Finance and Ecommerce on resolutions.
Teamwork & Events n




Support launches, promotions and stock arrivals.
n
Pack merchandise for events and conferences.
n
Assist during busy periods and work with casual support.
n
Suggest practical improvements to warehouse organisation and fulfilment.
About You n
You're practical, organised and enjoy taking ownership.
n
Ideally you have:
n
Experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or distribution environment.
n
Strong picking, packing, receiving and dispatch skills.
n
Good inventory and warehouse organisation habits.
n
Experience with inventory or shipping systems.
n
A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
n
Ability to safely handle regular manual lifting.
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
n
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively. Experience with Zoho Inventory, Shopify or Starshipit is a bonus.
