About the Role n
As an OSHC Coordinator, you will lead your own service, providing trusted before-and-after school care and holiday programs that support local families.
n
n
Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12 years.
n




Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
n
Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and career growth.
n
Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
n
Work hours are 2:00pm – 6:00pm, plus weekly admin hours.
n
Monday to Friday only – no weekend work.
n
About You n
n
You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building robust, positive relationships.
n
Experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred but not essential.
n
You have completed or are currently studying an ACECQA‐recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
n
You hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
n
Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within the last six months.
n
