Job Description
Sodexo is seeking an HSE Manager for a 6-month fixed-term position to lead health, safety and environmental objectives across our Queensland team. You will report to the HSE Lead (East) and guide site managers and operational teams toward a proactive safety culture.

In this role, you will conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, mentor a team of HSE Advisors on FIFO rosters, and ensure compliance with legislation while driving continuous improvement.
