We're looking for passionate Lead Educators and Educators to join our Capalaba team.
n
Whether you're an experienced Diploma-qualified educator ready to lead a room, or a Certificate III educator looking for a supportive team where you can continue to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Roles n
Depending on your experience and qualifications, you'll have the opportunity to:

Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
Create warm, welcoming environments where every child feels safe, valued and that they belong.
n
Support children to explore, wonder, investigate and learn through meaningful play.
n
Plan and contribute to learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths, ideas and emerging theories.
n
Advocate for children's voices and recognise children as active participants in their own learning.
n
Work collaboratively with your team to reflect on practice and continually strengthen the experiences we provide for children.
n
Contribute to high-quality educational practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
n
Work alongside and receive support from our Educational Leader and leadership team.

About You n
You may be a great fit for our team if you:
n
n
Hold a
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
, or an approved equivalent.
n
Have experience within early childhood education and care.
n
Believe relationships are at the heart of quality practice.
n
See children as capable, curious and full of potential.
n
Value play-based learning and meaningful interactions over simply "getting through the routine".
n
Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing positively to team culture.
n
Are reflective, open to feedback and interested in continuing to develop your practice.
n
Bring kindness, professionalism, reliability and enthusiasm to your work.
n
Hold, or are willing to obtain, a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications and required Child Protection training.
n

For our Lead Educator opportunities, you'll hold a Diploma qualification and ideally have experience leading a room or be ready to take that next step in your career.
