The Role n
We are seeking an experienced
Full-Time Service Receptionist
to join our Service Department at
Berwick Toyota
.
n
This is a
front-of-house, customer-focused position
where you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience, both in person and over the phone.
n
Your days will be fast-paced and varied, requiring solid communication, organisation, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities n
n




Meeting and greeting customers in a warm and professional manner
n
Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries
n
Booking service appointments and managing the service calendar
n
Keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience
n
Coordinating courtesy vehicles
n
Supporting the Service team with general administrative duties
n
Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming reception area
n
Handling customer queries and escalating where required
n
Must Have n
n
Previous
service reception or customer service experience
(automotive highly regarded)
n
Strong administrative and organisational skills
n
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
n
Friendly, professional and well-presented
n
High attention to detail and time management
n
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
n
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
n
A team-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach
n
