As we continue to expand our Microsoft Solutions and Data & AI Practice, we's looking for a talented Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric & Azure Developer to join our team and help customers modernise business processes, analytics, reporting, automation, AI, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Power Platform Development
n
n
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
n
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
n
Power Automate
n
Dataverse
n
Power Pages
n
Power BI
n
Build enterprise‐grade automation solutions using Power Automate, including approval workflows, integrations, scheduled processes, and business process automation.
n
Develop custom connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third‐party applications.
n
Create intuitive user experiences and business applications that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
n
Build reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI to support data‐driven decision-making.
n
n
Microsoft Fabric & Data Analytics
n
n
Design, develop and deploy analytics and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
n
Build and maintain data ingestion, transformation and orchestration pipelines using Fabric Data Factory and Dataflows Gen2.
n
Develop and optimise Lakehouse, Warehouse and OneLake architectures.
n
Create semantic models, measures and reporting datasets to support Power BI reporting and analytics.
n
Build enterprise reporting solutions and executive dashboards using Fabric and Power BI.
n
Develop data models that support operational reporting, business intelligence and self‐service analytics.
n
Monitor and optimise Fabric capacity, performance and refresh processes.
n
Work with clients to define reporting requirements, data governance standards and analytics strategies.
n
Participate in Microsoft Fabric Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.
n
Support data migration and modernisation projects from SQL Server, SharePoint,



Dynamics 365 and other business systems into Microsoft Fabric.

Leverage Microsoft AI, Azure AI Services and Copilot technologies to improve productivity and business outcomes.

Assist in identifying and implementing practical AI use cases for clients.

Governance & Delivery
n
n
Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices across development and deployment activities.
n
Manage source control and release processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
n
Ensure solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
n
Support existing production environments through troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
n

Collaboration & Consulting
n
n
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective technical solutions.
n
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews.
n
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
n
Contribute ideas that improve business systems, analytics platforms, processes, and delivery methodologies.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience
n
n
1–2 years of hands‐on experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
n
Power Apps

Microsoft 365 integrations

Experience building workflows, approvals, and business automation solutions.
n
Experience with reporting, data analytics and dashboard development.

Good understanding of data modelling and relational databases.

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse or modern analytics platforms.
n
Exposure to Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Storage Accounts, or Azure DevOps.
n
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
n
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Experience with ETL/ELT, data migration and reporting projects.
n
Knowledge of Power BI governance and enterprise reporting architecture.
