VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our client's business Shepparton South Plaster in Kialla. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, supporting business growth and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Duties:

Research market demand, customer trends and opportunities for current and existing products and services.
n
Collect, analyse and interpret market and statistical data to support business decisions.
n
Develop and implement marketing objectives, policies and programs.
n
Conduct and coordinate market research to identify growth opportunities.
n
Advise management on product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.
n
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
n




Prepare marketing reports and provide practical recommendations to management.

Skills and Experience:
n
n
A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
n
Demonstrated experience in marketing, market research and business development.
n
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
n
Knowledge of marketing strategies, market trends and promotional activities.
n
Ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical marketing recommendations.
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
