Role requirements
n
n
Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
n
Highly Desirable:n
n
Possession of or working towards a relevant post-registration and/or tertiary qualifications in mental health nursing.
n
Credentialed status (or willingness to undertake and complete requirements) with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
n
Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) under the Mental Health Act ****.
n
n
All staff within the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.
n
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
