About the role
Join the Cardiology Outpatient Service and play a vital role in supporting patients' access to specialist cardiology care. Working as part of a dedicated team of four administrative professionals, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate appointments and procedures, manage referrals and patient records, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy clinical environment.
This Monday to Wednesday position works closely with cardiologists, nursing staff, cardiac technicians, patients, and referring clinicians to ensure the smooth operation of the outpatient service. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience.
