What you'll do:

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve store targets.
n
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control.
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
n
Provide training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
n

What we're looking for:

Proven pharmacy or retail experience (Essential).
n
Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
n
Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
n
Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
