M.J. Bale is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Westfield Chatswood team.
n
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the whole store—the team, the customer experience and the commercial result.
n
Founded in Australia in ****, M.J. Bale creates garments of integrity using quality natural fibres and expert craftsmanship. We're a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.
About the role n
You'll lead from the floor, setting the standard for service, building a solid team and creating the kind of experience that turns first-time customers into regulars.

Your day will include:
n

Leading, coaching and developing the store team
n
Driving sales, profitability and store KPIs
n
Building lasting relationships with new and returning customers
n
Providing expert advice on fit, styling and product
n
Managing rostering,



stock, visual merchandising and store operations
n
Reviewing performance and turning opportunities into clear actions
n
Maintaining high standards across service and presentation
n
Creating a positive, accountable and results-focused team culture
n
Desired Skills and Experience About you n
You'll bring:

Experience as a Store Manager or an accomplished Assistant Manager ready to step up
n
A strong sales record and confidence working towards commercial targets
n
The ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
n
A genuine interest in menswear, tailoring and personal style
n
Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
Flexibility to work across aretail roster
n
n
Experience in premium fashion, menswear or luxury retail will be highly regarded.
n
