FSA Group is an ASX-listed business that specialises in Lending. We own several businesses including Azora, a high-growth non-bank lender.

We're looking for a
Developer
to join our IT team in a hands-on role focused on delivering strategic projects to support the growth of the business.
Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference
Development Responsibilities n
Design, develop, test and support business applications.
n
Build and maintain web applications, services and APIs.
n
Develop enhancements and new functionality across existing platforms.
n
Contribute to solution design and technical architecture discussions.
n
Produce maintainable, well-structured and reliable code.
n
Testing of code thoroughly and participate in peer code reviews
n
Troubleshoot application issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Work with technologies such as Azure App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Storage.
n
Contribute to cloud migration and application modernisation initiatives.
n
Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment.
Integration & APIs n
Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
n
Develop REST APIs and data integration services.
n




Troubleshoot and improve existing integrations.
n
Work with internal systems, cloud platforms and third-party services.
AI & Automation n
Contribute to the development of practical AI-powered solutions and business automation.
n
Explore technologies such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot and agent-based solutions.
n
Identify opportunities where automation or AI can improve existing business processes.
Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you...
n
4+ years experience in software development (or equivalent experience).
n
Strong development experience using C# and .NET.
n
Experience developing and maintaining APIs and web applications.
n
Experience with SQL Server and relational databases. Front-end development experience using Angular, React or a similar modern framework.
n
Good understanding of software development principles and application design.
n
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
n
Previous AI development experience is not required - an interest in learning and applying these technologies is more important.
