About the Role n
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this is a hands-on operational role where you will be rostered across all shifts and take full responsibility for the Front Office during your shift.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Running the Front Office shift end-to-end, including check-in, check-out and guest services
n
Acting as the senior team member on duty and making operational decisions when required and taking initiative when it comes to creating a "positive guests experience".
n
Managing guest feedback and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
n
Ensuring reservations, billing and rate accuracy are maintained
n
Driving upselling opportunities and supporting revenue integrity
n
Maintaining presentation, compliance and procedural standards




n
Setting clear service expectations through visible leadership on the floor
n
Assisting other departments during peak periods to ensure overall hotel performance
n
n
This role requires availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
About You n
You will bring:
n
n
2-3 years' hotel Front Office experience
n
Previous experience as a Senior GSA or Supervisor
n
Robust working knowledge of Opera - Cloud PMS systems
n
Accor Hotel Distribution and Reservation Systems
n
Proven ability to manage guest escalations independently and make sound decisions under pressure
n
A calm, solutions-focused and accountable approach
n
High attention to detail and professional standards
n
