Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of multiple major Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) projects.
n
Working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers and Commercial teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining contract compliance, managing notices and time bars, supporting claims preparation, and ensuring contractual records are accurate, complete and auditable throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Maintain contract obligations, compliance, notice, variation, claims and commercial risk registers.
n
Monitor contractual deadlines, submissions, approvals, notices and time bar requirements.
n
Prepare and coordinate contractual notices and correspondence relating to variations, delays, disruptions, access issues and scope changes.
n
Support the preparation of variation, EOT and delay claims, including gathering evidence, project records and supporting documentation.
n
Maintain accurate document control, contractual records and auditable project files.
n
Track commercial risks, claims, variations and actions arising from project and commercial meetings.
n
Review incoming correspondence and identify matters requiring contractual or commercial responses.

About You n
n




Experience in Contract Administration, Commercial Administration, Project Controls, Project Coordination or Document Control.
n
Robust understanding of contract compliance, contractual notices, variations, EOTs and claims processes.
n
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality contractual correspondence.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex projects.
n
Experience maintaining contractual records, project registers and document control systems.
n
Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial teams and client stakeholders.
n
Experience working on ITS, transport, road, infrastructure, signalling, communications or technology-driven projects.
n
Knowledge of AS**** or similar contract forms.
n
Experience with Aconex, Teambinder, MS Project or similar systems.
n
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Law, Business or a related discipline.
