You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic property claims from initial notification through to settlement, using your property expertise, investigation and problem-solving skills to deliver positive outcomes for customers and clients.

What You Will Do n
n
Manage property claims from notification through to settlement
n
Inspect damage, investigate causes and assess losses
n
Review coverage and make sound settlement recommendations
n
Coordinate trades, specialists and service providers
n
Manage reserves, costs and claim documentation




n
Prepare explicit reports and maintain accurate records
n
Deliver timely, compliant and customer-focused outcomes
n
What You Will Bring n
You will be confident working independently, enjoys solving problems and builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You will bring:
n

Experience in loss adjusting, claims management, property, construction, building or trades
n
Strong communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions
n
A customer-focused approach, with empathy and professionalism
n
A current driver's licence and Australian/New Zealand work rights
n
A willingness to complete a police check and continue developing your expertise
n
Insurance knowledge, relevant qualifications or CILA/ANZIIF membership are desirable
n
