Gregor & Lewis Bespoke Travel is an award winning, family-owned business operating for 18 years in Noosa Heads. We specialise in luxury small ship & expedition cruising, as well as luxury travel to all corners of the globe. We are a proud member of Virtuoso.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You'll support new and repeat clients with all aspects of leisure travel consulting.
Key responsibilities n
n
Handle new enquiries, itinerary planning, changes and quotes
n
Book flights, cruises, tours, hotel accommodation, and create comprehensive itineraries to remote & exotic destinations for discerning clients
n
Manage supplier communication, payments and set up client documentation on our app
n
Build and maintain long term client relationships
n
Confidently cross sell and upsell travel options
n
Provide excellent customer service and work well within a small team
n
About you n
n
Robust retail travel advising experience and a passion for travel




n
Confident sales skills with proven results
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
n
Solid knowledge of airfares & ticketing, cruising and international destinations
n
Ability to manage your own client base and build long term relationships
n
Experience with GDS preferably Amadeus, and CRM preferably Tramada would be an advantage
n
Minimum 1-2 years of retail travel advising experience required
n
Ability to work in a small team of 6 people
n
Australian work authorisation at the time of application
n
