About the Role: n
We're looking for an experienced Landscaping Maintenance Team Leader to lead a small maintenance crew across Sydney South-West, servicing commercial estates, retirement villages, schools and business parks.
n
You will supervise and guide your crew members on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard. Your landscape maintenance skills, professionalism and ability to represent the Greenworx brand will be essential.
n
The ideal candidate will reside in Liverpool, Eastern Creek, Blacktown and surrounds, for ease of travel to client sites in a company vehicle.
Essential experience and qualifications: n
n
1 years'+ experience as a Leading Hand or Team Leader in Commercial Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance / Property Landscape Services
n
Qualifications in Landscaping / Horticulture (or related field) highly regarded
n
Proven experience working independently on sites
n
Proven team leadership skills, superior communication and problem-solving skills
n




A professional and positive approach with clients and staff
n
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
n
Valid Driver's License (Manual)
n
OHS Induction - 'White Card'
n
Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check, Police Check and Medical Assessment before starting
n
Key Tasks & Responsibilities n
n
Perform high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance, including: - Mowing, edging, blowing | Pruning, hedge & tree trimming | Weed control (including chemical use)
n
Lead and support a small team of staff (usually 2 or 3 Trade Assistants) on the client site
n
Complete daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation
n
Uphold Greenworx standards for safety, presentation and client service
n
Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
n
Ensure all garden waste is removed and transferred to authorised waste stations
n
Maintain equipment and vehicles to company standards
n
