nAbout the Role n
n
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer experiences within one of Sydney's largest gaming operations.
n
n
Working as part of a large and supportive team, you'll engage with members and guests across our gaming floor and VIP areas, ensuring exceptional service standards, compliance and professionalism are maintained at all times.
n
n
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

nKey Responsibilities n
n
Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests across the gaming floor.
n
n
Build positive relationships with our valued members.
n
n
Maintain a safe, welcoming, clean and comfortable gaming environment.
n
n
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
n
n
Monitor the gaming floor and proactively respond to guest needs.
n
n
Resolve guest enquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
n
n
Assist with cash handling and gaming-related transactions as required.
n
n
Take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt service delivery.
n
n
Support gaming promotions, loyalty initiatives, events and member activations.
n
n




Maintain a strong understanding of Club promotions, events and services.
n
n
Work collaboratively with Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Security and Operations teams.
n
n
Uphold workplace health and safety, security and compliance standards.
n
nAbout You n
n
You are a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtain.
n
n
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, gaming or a similar guest-facing role.
n
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
n
A professional and polished presentation.
n
n
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
n
n
The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy, high-volume environment.
n
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
n
The ability to work collaboratively within a large team environment.
n

Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
