Bookkeeper – Full time About the Role n
We are seeking an experienced
Bookkeeper
to join our team and manage the day-to-day transactional processing for our finance department.
n
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative duties, including but not limited to:
n
n
Manage accounts payable
n
Manage accounts receivable, including project progress claims
n
Perform bank reconciliations
n
Process and reconcile company credit cards
n
Process payroll and associated payroll requirements
n




Place purchase orders and reserve materials
n
Manage and maintain job costing records
n
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
n
Maintain accurate customer and supplier databases
n
Respond to customer account enquiries
n
Skills & Experience n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
A formal qualification in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
n
Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
n
n
n
Experience using
MYOB
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
A strong work ethic and reliable approach
n
A positive, proactive and
"can-do" attitude
n

Employment:
Full-time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:0 pm
n
