What You'll Be Doing n




Working on behalf of major Australian financial and credit institutions, you will handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism:

Customer Negotiation & Solutions:
Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their unique financial situations and negotiate realistic, manageable payment arrangements.

Investigative Support:
Utilise search tools and contemporary skip-tracing techniques to re-connect with customers and update records.

Relationship & Trust Building:
Overcome objections, de-escalate sensitive situations, and build trust through respectful, non-judgmental dialogue.

Compliance & Data Integrity:
Maintain clear, precise interaction notes while adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
