About the Role n
n
This is an all-rounder position suited to a 4th Year Apprentice or qualified tradesperson who enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.
n
You will be involved in the production of custom joinery, working across a range of projects from straightforward cabinetry through to more intricate and detailed pieces.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Manufacture custom cabinetry and joinery to a high standard
n
Operate a range of workshop machinery
n
Work from plans, drawings and specifications
n
Complete both basic and detailed joinery work
n
Work with a variety of materials and finishes
n
Assist with curved and custom joinery projects
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet project deadlines
n
Assist with site work when required
n
About You n
n
We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable and genuinely enjoys their trade.




n
You will ideally have:
n
n
4th Year Apprentice or qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner experience
n
Previous experience in a workshop or joinery environment
n
Experience operating general woodworking machinery
n
CNC experience is highly regarded
n
Experience with panel saws and edgebanders is advantageous
n
Experience with curved joinery is a bonus, but not essential
n
The ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
n
Most importantly, you will be adaptable, willing to learn and comfortable asking questions when you don't know something. A robust work ethic and no-ego attitude are essential.
